26 January to 16 June 2019 Who are we and how have we become who we are in six centuries? These are the big questions behind the De Naakte Waarheid exhibition of more than 110 top works from six centuries of painting, sculpting, photographing, drawing and filming. From Anthonie van Dyck to Andres Serrano and from Rembrandt to Marlene Dumas. A search for suicide with metaphor the naked man. The exhibition is about us all! Levi van Veluw will show the installation "The Chapel" and the photograph Landscape I.
Wie zijn wij en hoe zijn we in zes eeuwen tijd geworden tot wie we zijn? Dat zijn de grote vragen achter de tentoonstelling De Naakte Waarheid meer dan 110 topwerken uit zes eeuwen schilderen, beeldhouwen, fotograferen, tekenen en filmen. Van Anthonie van Dyck tot Andres Serrano en van Rembrandt tot Marlene Dumas. Een beeldende zoektocht naar onszelf met als metafoor de naakte mens. Deze tentoonstelling gaat over ons allemaal!
